When using a standard-throw projector, the presenter often stands in front of the projection surface. The problem with this is that the presenter may cast a shadow on the screen, making the content hard to see. Moreover, the presenter may be bothered by glare from the projector light source. Companies such as Epson and Hisense also offer complete packages that pair their UST projectors with a matching ambient-light-rejecting screen, usually in a 100- or 120-inch size.

That said, this is less of a problem when viewing in ambient light, which tends to wash out dark blacks anyway, than when viewing in a dark room. So whether you consider this a problem or not will depend on whether you plan to watch in the dark, as well as how demanding you are about image quality.
